Position Requirements: Candidates with an MSW with 2 years of experience are strongly preferred. Meets all applicable employment regulations set by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and other regulatory agencies. Applicants need to have a valid driver’s license. Well-organized with some experience supervising in a therapy setting with exposure to social services. Bilingual (Spanish) highly valued. Ability to respond appropriately to the cultural differences present among the agency’s service population.
The position offers a flexible hybrid office schedule with on-site hours and some remote work possibilities.
General Job Description: As part of a trauma-informed and culturally responsive behavioral health team, the Clinical Training Supervisor will supervise typically 6-12 interns (MSW, MA/MS Counseling) and coordinate the interns' provision of services to clients in the Behavioral Health program. Provide weekly group and individual supervision to the interns in the program. Administer, supervise, and coordinate the overall operations of the intern program. Coordinate the referral and case assignment process with behavioral health staff. Ensure that all program operations requirements, including those set by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and other regulatory agencies, are met. Serve on the agency leadership team and collaborate closely with the Director of Behavioral Health and Support Services. Will require certification as an LPHA under DCFS Rule 132 as part of the onboarding process if the candidate does not already hold it.
Specific Duties:
Hours: 40 hours per week with flexibility to meet program needs.
Pay Grade: $78,000-$83,000
