Good care is specific. It is the right medication, for the right person, at the exact right time, and someone following up to make sure it actually worked.
That follow-through is where the system usually breaks down, and it is where Clarest steps in. We manage medication for patients across long-term care, assisted living, and at home, building the technology that keeps all three connected so no one gets handed off and forgotten.
None of that happens without the people doing it, which is why we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own. Paid time off increases the longer you are here, life insurance is company-paid, and for associates who enroll in our health plan, a dedicated nurse advocate and no-cost telehealth extend to eligible dependents as well. Careers here move in more directions than most people expect, and many of our leaders started in the roles we are hiring for now.
As a Clinical Training Specialist, you'll use your LPN experience to help clinical team members build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed. You'll facilitate training, coach learners, answer clinical questions, assess readiness, and help new hires connect what they're learning to the work they'll actually do.
This is a hands‑on training role where your impact goes beyond delivering information. You'll work closely with learners through practice, role plays, call examples, teach‑backs, and real‑time coaching.
You don't need to have held a formal trainer title. We're looking for clinicians who have experience helping others learn—whether that's through formal training, facilitating group learning, leading practice activities, or serving as a preceptor, mentor, subject matter expert, or peer coach.
You’ll help new and existing clinical team members move from learning to confident, independent performance.
We are building something worth staying for. Good care for patients, real support for the people who deliver it, and room to grow into more than the role you came in for.
