Job summary

BayCare seeks a Training and Development Specialist to lead design, development, and delivery of education and clinical training for BayCare Medical Group staff and physicians. You will design and implement standard and customized programs, and conduct needs assessments to recommend effective training solutions.

The role requires travel to various locations with minimal notice and offers both part-time or full-time options with hybrid scheduling. MA instructor experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma with 3 years' experience in Physician Practice or an associate degree and 1 year training support experience.
• Previous MA Instructor experience strongly preferred.
• Travel to various locations with minimal notice.

Summary:

Leads the instruction and implementation of education, compliance, technology, and clinical training initiatives for BayCare Medical Group team members and physicians. Designs, develops, and delivers both standard and customized training programs and materials. Conducts need assessments and recommend training solutions. Provides elbow training in practice settings. Performs other duties as assigned.

Location: Tampa, FL

Status: Part Time OR Full Time

Shift Hours: 5:30pm - 10:30pm M-F, and 8:00am - 4:30pm Saturday
