GE HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to deliver PCS clinical and operational expertise. You will educate end-users across the Diagnostic Cardiology portfolio, support pre-sale and post-implementation training, and partner with sales and service teams to optimize outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years in clinical education or patient care, strong clinical workflow knowledge, and the ability to travel extensively (90%+).

Formación

• Must reside in Illinois, Indiana, or Michigan.
• 4+ years of direct patient care, clinical education, or clinical applications experience in diagnostic cardiology.
• Proven ability to deliver successful customer training outcomes and support customer satisfaction goals.
• Willingness to travel 90%+ within US/Canada (USCAN) by car, air, or rail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within a PCS modality.
• Correlate theory with clinical/product information to teach clinicians.
• Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions.
• In partnership with customers, develop and administer clinical training aligned with SOA to achieve high NPS.
• Coordinate training delivery with sales, project management, and service teams.
• Drive revenue through on-site or remote clinical education delivery.
• Complete documentation for training activities pre-through post.
• Provide ongoing post-installation training and support as needed.
• Maintain customer relationships and report product or service issues to PCS leadership.
