Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to deliver world-class education and training within a defined product portfolio and territory. You will build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, develop university-style curriculums, and drive adoption of advanced product features in clinical routines.

The role requires hands-on training, extensive travel (US/Canada), and collaboration with internal account teams to improve patient care quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• RT(R), RN, CVT, or RCIS certification.
• 2+ years of technical/clinical industry experience with Interventional Invasive Cardiology (Cardiac Cath Lab / Electrophysiology).
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and messaging based on audience.
• Experience working on GE Healthcare systems, specifically Mac-Lab and CardioLab.

Responsibilities

• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within a modality and become a domain expert.
• Coordinate and deliver objective-based system training and education support.
• Execute training with skill checklists and assess outcomes; develop customized training strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert and education consultant to internal account community and communicate progress to GE team.
• Drive on-site or remote clinical education delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
