Job summary

Cartessa Aesthetics seeks a Clinical Trainer to educate customers and internal teams on Cartessa devices. You will provide onsite training, ensure alignment with policies, and manage training documentation and scheduling with timely follow-up.

This role requires extensive travel (80%+), exceptional communication, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative clinical team. Experience with laser/IPL devices and strong presentation skills are preferred; proficiency with Microsoft

Role and Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Trainer is responsible for educating external customers and internal team members on all Cartessa Aesthetic devices.

• Provide onsite training and support to new and existing customers, as well as other internal and external stakeholders
• Provide education that is consistent with company policies and protocols
• Complete all administrative tasks such as training documentation, expense reports, customer scheduling, and calendar management in an accurate and timely manner
• Complete outreach to customers no more than 3 business days from receipt of training assignment
• Provide feedback on training needs, clinical asset needs/enhancements to Director of Clinical Education
• Communicate customer issues and help work towards resolution
• Field questions from customers as needed
• Represent Cartessa Aesthetics at events, conferences, trade shows, and workshops
• Keep up to date on Cartessa Aesthetic devices as well as industry knowledge through education provided by Cartessa as well as independent learning

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Previous experience with laser and/or IPL devices
• Previous clinical training experience
• Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
• High emotional intelligence/interpersonal skills
• Must be positive and a team player
