Job summary

Fraser in Minneapolis seeks a Clinical Trainee (Pre-Licensed Therapist) to support children, adolescents, and families affected by autism and mental health diagnoses. You’ll receive supervision on licensure and hands-on clinical experience in a nonprofit setting.

The role is full-time with a salary of $65,000–$67,000 annually, depending on qualifications. Fraser provides generous benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline and on track toward independent licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW).
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy and skills training.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Promote communication, decision-making, social skills, and problem-solving.
• Supervise staff in day treatment programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
