Job summary

Fraser is seeking a Clinical Trainee / Pre-Licensed Therapist in Minnesota to support children, adolescents and families affected by autism and mental health diagnoses. You will receive guided supervision toward licensure and help deliver individual, family, and group therapies.

Requirements include a Master’s in a mental health discipline and active tracking toward independent licensure (LPCC/LMFT/LICSW). Roles are based in Coon Rapids, Minneapolis, and St.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health required and licensure track underway.
• Eligible for LPCC/LMFT/LICSW licensure or close to licensure.
• Experience with preschool-aged children in clinical settings preferred.
• Commitment to diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion in practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy and skills training.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Promote improvements in communication, social skills and problem-solving.
• Supervise staff in day treatment programs and maintain documentation.
