Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Professionals or Licensed Behavior Analysts in Minnesota.
• 1+ year of ABA supervisory experience preferred.
• 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience and/or training in autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for a caseload of 8 children.
• Direct oversight of 10 team members in the intensive ABA program.
• Ensure individualized treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best practices.
• Maintain compliance with Fraser standards, licensure requirements, and ethical guidelines.
