Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Reston, VA is hiring clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team supported by admin, billing, and marketing resources. Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults and/or children, with opportunities for crisis support and structured documentation.

This role offers a compensation package of $60,000 to $100,000+ with a guaranteed baseline plus incentive earnings, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k) match, and generous CEU

Qualifications

• Active license in Virginia (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in good standing.
• Experience delivering direct clinical care to clients.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication with patients and families.
• Interest in working within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children as appropriate.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in VA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
