Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Ashburn, VA seeks clinicians to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults, young adults, and children. You will support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions and complete timely, accurate documentation.

This role emphasizes collaborative teamwork and ongoing professional engagement. The ideal candidate holds a VA license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) with direct clinical care experience and strong clinical judgment.

• Experience in direct clinical care.

• $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives
