Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Fairfax, VA is seeking licensed clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team. We offer a guaranteed compensation model plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive practice environment.

You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with opportunities for professional growth, supervisory support, and built-in referrals. Office space is available at our Fairfax location.

Qualifications

• Active VA independent license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.

• $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in VA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
