Job summary

Unison Health is hiring a Clinical Therapist to join our Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) team, providing services to youth and families with complex behavioral health needs. This role offers flexibility, small caseloads, and the opportunity for long-term impact through short-term, intensive work.

Qualifications

• LSW / LPC: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
• LISW / LPCC: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Must be insurable under the agency’s commercial liability policy

Experience working with children and families preferred

Must demonstrate knowledge in:

Mental illness and treatment

Individual and group counseling

Behavioral health assessments and crisis intervention
