Job summary

Ellie Mental Health | Mid-Cities Area is seeking a fully licensed LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S to provide therapy services while supervising clinicians working toward independent licensure. This role blends direct client care with mentorship and supervision of emerging therapists.

You will supervise, mentor, and collaborate with families and partners, while maintaining documentation, assessments, and treatment plans in a supportive, growth-oriented clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Texas supervisor designation (LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S).
• Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience supervising clinicians pursuing licensure.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft 365; Valant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Supervise and mentor pre-licensed therapists.
• Develop creative and effective treatment interventions.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners.
• Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and training opportunities.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours.
• Support clinic growth and a positive team culture.

About the Role
