Job summary
Ellie Mental Health in Midtown Tulsa is seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed therapists to expand access to high-quality mental health care. Clinicians provide individual, family, group, and telehealth services while serving a diverse client population.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, Psychology, or related field.
- Active Oklahoma licensure or associate-level licensure.
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
Responsibilities
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
- Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, and community supports as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities

We're seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed therapists who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care. Clinicians have opportunities to provide individual, family, group, and telehealth services while working with a diverse client population.
- LPC or LPC Associate
- LCSW or LMSW
- LMFT or LMFT Associate
- Therapists expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply

- Active Oklahoma licensure or associate-level licensure (LPC Associate, LMSW, LMFT Associate, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
