Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a fully licensed LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S to provide therapy services while supervising clinicians pursuing independent licensure in the Grapevine area. This role blends direct client care with mentoring other clinicians.

The ideal candidate has Texas supervisor designation and at least 5 years of post-licensure experience, strong assessment and documentation skills, and a passion for developing teams and expanding access to care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Active Texas supervisor designation (LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S).
• Minimum 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience supervising clinicians pursuing licensure.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Supervise and mentor pre-licensed therapists.
• Develop creative and effective treatment interventions; collaborate with families and partners.
• Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and training opportunities.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours.
• Support clinic growth and a positive team culture.

About the Role
