As a Clinical Therapist at Forward Wellness, you will be responsible for providing therapy sessions to clients with diverse needs, developing personalized treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with other clinicians and community providers, staying current on best practices in mental health therapy, and fostering a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment. You must possess an active license in Pennsylvania or be working towards your licensure. Additional experience in supporting diverse individuals and families, working with transgender individuals, and expertise in reproductive mental health needs is a plus.

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Therapist, you will assume the pivotal role of overseeing and cultivating the clinical team at Forward Wellness within its designated location. Your responsibilities encompass providing clinical supervision or consultation to clinicians on-site, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and fostering a conducive work culture. Your role demands a positive and supportive approach towards Forward Wellness, its employees, and its clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients with diverse needs and backgrounds.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific goals and challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
• Collaborate with other clinicians at Forward Wellness and community providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical outcomes and professional development.
• Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of mental health therapy.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment that promotes healing and growth.

Who You Are

• Must possess an active License in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
• Interest and passion for supporting all types of families, including diverse family structures and backgrounds.
• Initiative and collaboration are essential qualities, demonstrated through proactive engagement with colleagues at Forward Wellness and community providers.
