Title: WellQor Clinical Therapist

Reports to: Clinical Director / Lead Psychologist

Requirements:

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD, or equivalent license to practice independently.
• Empanelment with commercial insurance plans is helpful but not required.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with electronic medical records and mobile devices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions.
• Address issues such as adjustment, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues, PTSD, substance abuse.
• Maintain documentation in our web-based EHR system according to guidelines.
• Use our Clinician Connect platform for collaboration and support.

Compensation: Paid per billable hour, with flexible caseload options. Compensation varies based on licensure, experience, and caseload.
