Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Therapist (Per Diem) to provide high-quality behavioral health care onsite in Massachusetts. The role includes developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and delivering individual and group therapies within a per diem framework.
Qualified candidates hold a master’s degree in a related field and MA licensure (LMHC/LICSW preferred); supervision for associates is available. PRN coverage, with limited hours per month and week, is required.

PRN Therapists are expected to work a minimum of 8 hours per month/ Maximum 10 hours/week. Primary responsibilities will include providing coverage for group therapy; however, there may be occasions when individual (1:1) session support is needed based on client needs and clinical presentation.
*Accepting applications from Associate and Independently Licensed Therapists. Independent licensure in the state of Massachusetts is highly preferred (LMHC, LICSW). Please note that we are unable to provide clinical supervision for Associate Licensed Therapists in this per diem position.
The Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Guidelight is committed to the professional growth and development of therapists and provides free clinical supervision hours to support clinicians in working toward licensure.
