Job summary

Qualifications

• Master-level education required for clinical licensure tracks in social work or counseling.
• Preference for licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) or equivalent licensure in California.
• Spanish speaking ability preferred for interaction with families.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, timely progress notes for each contact/visit.
• Develop individualized family plans with TBS team members.
• Attend weekly staff meetings, consultations, and case management sessions.
• Manage time and maintain accurate records across all cases.
• Build positive relationships with families and community programs.
• Apply behavioral interventions and strategies based on assessments.
• Record behavioral data and adjust goals as data indicates.
• Maintain client diagnoses with primary therapist and support treatment planning.
• Comply with agency policies and uphold confidentiality requirements.
