Job summary

Stanford Sierra Youth & Families is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our team. The role focuses on providing strength-based, culturally competent services to at-risk youth and their families, across home, school, or community settings.

Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, and careful Medi-Cal documentation. The position emphasizes collaboration with care partners and adherence to county timelines and program scope.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Licensed credential: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT or registered as ACSW/APCC/AMFT.
• At least 1 year experience providing services to adolescents and families.
• Experience documenting Medi-Cal eligible services and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, strength-based mental health services to at-risk children, youth, and families.
• Serve children/youth in home, office, school, or community settings.
• Document all billable and non-billable services in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and external organizations.
