Job summary

Sierra Vista Child & Family Services in Modesto, CA seeks Clinician Trainee/Clinician to provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and individual/group therapy. The role requires bilingual ability (Spanish preferred/required) and licensure eligibility (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) for the licensed track.

The position involves developing treatment plans, utilizing EHRs, and collaborating with partners in a supportive, mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, behavior analysis, or related field.
• Graduate degree in social work, counseling or related field in progress; must be license eligible (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• BBS registration or equivalent license active if applicable.
• One year of experience in a treatment setting preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients.
• Complete admission assessments and treatment planning.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical records meeting accrediting/contract standards.
• Collaborate with referral agencies to coordinate treatment.
• Collect outcome and satisfaction data as required.
