We are seeking an experienced and licensed Clinical Lead Therapist to join our team. Maintain Active Caseload: Provide high-quality, direct client care while serving as a role model for clinical excellence and service standards within your pod of clinicians.
Clinical Leadership & Mentorship: Offer first-line support, consultation, and guidance to your team; encourage evidence-based practice, mentorship, and a psychologically safe, collaborative culture.
Operational & Caseload Support: Guide scheduling practices, caseload management, and ensure timely, accurate documentation. Identify and elevate workflow, burnout, and operational concerns to leadership.
Team Development: Lead onboarding and integration of new clinicians; support ongoing professional development and skills enhancement for team members.
Leadership Collaboration: Work directly with Clinical Managers and leadership on systems improvement, quality initiatives, and communication across the team.
On-Call Coverage: Provide after-hours support as needed.
Cross-Time Zone Support: Collaborate with clinicians across EST, CST, and PST time zones as required.
Active independent license in New York (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years post-licensure experience
Demonstrated leadership, strong clinical judgment, and mentoring experience (supervisory or lead role preferred)
Dedication to evidence-based mental health care
Experience in outpatient or private practice settings strongly preferred
Ability to work in a hybrid (New York) position
Must reside in either NY or NJ.
