Thriving Center of Psychology in New York is seeking a Clinical Lead Therapist to mentor clinicians, uphold evidence‑based care, and lead pod initiatives while maintaining your own caseload. You will collaborate with leadership to optimize clinical quality and operational consistency across the practice.

The ideal candidate will have NY licensure, 3+ years post‑licensure, strong judgment, and proven supervisory experience, with a passion for mentorship and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active independent licensure in New York (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years post-licensure experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Leadership, mentorship, and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an Active Caseload while fulfilling pod leadership duties and modeling standards.
• Provide clinical leadership and peer support within the pod, fostering a safe, growth‑oriented culture.
• Support scheduling, documentation, and onboarding to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers on quality initiatives and systems improvements.
• Provide on-call coverage after regular hours and support cross-timezone needs.
