Job summary

Head Well in Eugene, OR seeks a Clinical Therapist to join a dynamic interdisciplinary team. This role supports outpatient psychotherapy with a diverse patient caseload and may include ketamine-assisted therapy within our program.

You will develop individualized treatment plans with our providers, deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families, and coordinate care through Head Well’s EHR while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and OR state licensure.
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings.
• Interest or experience with ketamine/Spravato therapy.
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate initial evaluation and diagnosis.
• Provide individual, couple and family therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.
• Document clinical services within 48 hours.
• Attend supervision and team meetings.
• Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
