A leading mental health provider in Wisconsin is seeking a Lead Therapist to manage psychotherapy services, including conventional and Wraparound psychotherapy. The candidate will oversee therapists, ensure compliance with clinical protocols, and monitor patient outcomes. Required qualifications include 5-7 years of clinical experience, 2+ years in management, and proficiency in ketamine-assisted therapy preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience in trauma therapy, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience with ketamine-assisted therapy preferred.
• Certification in psychedelic-assisted therapy highly preferred.
• Texas licensure or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, supervise, and mentor a team of therapists.
• Conduct patient assessments and implement treatment plans.
• Manage team schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor key clinical metrics to ensure quality of care.
• Work with physicians to ensure continuity of care.
