The IOP Clinical Therapist provides comprehensive behavioral health services to adults participating in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The therapist is responsible for conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating group and individual therapy, coordinating care, and ensuring documentation meets regulatory, accreditation, and payer requirements. The therapist collaborates with a multidisciplinary treatment team to promote recovery, symptom stabilization, relapse prevention, and successful transition to lower levels of care.
