Job summary

Zeni Therapy & Wellness, a growing community-centered group practice in Wisconsin, is hiring clinical therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) for flexible W2 roles. You can work 20-40 sessions weekly in-office, via telehealth, or in schools, with a focus on engaging with kids and teens.

Based in Mequon and offering hybrid options, we provide billing, referrals, admin support, tools, CEU access, and AI-powered note-taking to reduce paperwork so you can focus on therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Wisconsin (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/PsyD/PhD).
• Experience with children/adolescents and families.
• Comfort with hybrid/telehealth and in-school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, teens, families, and adults as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and manage caseloads.
• Participate in hybrid or school-based service delivery.

Zeni Therapy & Wellness is a growing, community-centered group practice dedicated to high-quality, integrated mental health care for kids, teens, families, and adults. We’re hiring clinical therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) for flexible W2 roles - work 20-40 sessions/week, in-office, via telehealth, or in schools. Since much of our work involves supporting children and adolescents, this role is best suited for clinicians who are comfortable engaging with young clients (ages 3-17) and their families.
