Job summary

A Healing Place Complete Counseling Care in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for a full‑time, W‑2 position with a flexible schedule. Our trauma‑informed, collaborative practice supports clinicians so you can focus on clients rather than billing or admin.

You’ll provide individual, family, children, and couples therapy, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation within a calm, well‑resourced workspace.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
• Comfortable with a range of populations (or open to expanding)
• Willingness to work at least one evening per week
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Alignment with trauma‑informed, collaborative care

Sustainable Caseload (Designed to Prevent Burnout)

• Full‑time: ~30‑40 hours/week

Compensation

• $50/hour for client sessions
• $20/hour for administrative time
• Typical full‑time earnings:$70,000–$95,000 annually

What You’ll Do

Schedule & Flexibility

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

You’ll haveautonomy to build a schedule that works for you and your clients.
