Phoenix House Orange County, Inc. is seeking a Clinician to provide individual, family, and group therapy, along with case management and crisis intervention for children and families in the City of Commerce, CA.

The role requires adherence to program standards and collaboration with the Clinical Manager. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, documenting care, and maintaining appropriate caseloads to meet productivity targets while employing evidence-based practices.

Competenze

• Master's degree in social work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• AMFT or ACSW with BBS registration is required.
• LMFT or LCSW with BBS registration is a plus, active licensure is needed.
• Must maintain licensure as a condition of employment.
• Experience in Substance Abuse or Mental Health preferred.
• MAP/TF-CBT/SS training or certification preferred.
• TB test clearance required yearly.

Mansioni

• Provide direct clinical services to clients and families.
• Maintain caseload to meet billable hour targets and productivity standards.
• Submit timely documentation (progress notes, assessments, treatment plans).
• Assess needs and symptoms, formulate psychosocial diagnoses, determine treatment methods.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment via outcomes measures.
• Document all client interactions per QA standards.
