Job summary

Pacific Clinics in California seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to provide comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, risk assessment, clinical interventions, case management, and coordination of therapeutic activities in the community.

You will work directly with children and adults, supporting families and caregivers to design and implement evidence-based treatment that respects cultural preferences and strengths.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Registration with the California BBS as an Associate Clinical Social Worker, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor; licensure in CA within 5 years.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and DSM-5 diagnosis; experience in treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Complete culturally relevant assessments and evaluations for youth and family strengths and needs.
• Independently develop effective, measurable treatment plans tailored to child and family strengths and culture.
• Provide clinical leadership on family observations and relay data to the team with strengths-based, solution-focused approaches.
• Record and manage clinical information incorporating family input while ensuring risk management.
• Integrate Functional Behavior Analysis into comprehensive child and family service plans with families and collateral contacts.
• Develop and refine safe, behavior- and risk-specific plans; monitor intervention effectiveness.
