Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Clinical Therapist for the Engagement and Diversion ACT Team. This position involves providing outpatient psychotherapy either at The Providence Center or in the community as part of a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field and have clinical experience. Strong skills in crisis intervention, counseling, and effective communication with consumers and agencies are essential. This role includes a $2500 retention bonus and full-time work hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required along with clinical experience.
• LICSW strongly preferred; LCDP and/or LMHC preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insured automobile required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy at The Providence Center.
• Perform crisis intervention and treatment planning.
