The clinician will provide therapy, complete EMR documentation, develop treatment plans, and participate in interdisciplinary team staffings across an eighteen-county service area.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in behavioral health field required.
• Professional license preferred.
• Must possess valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Must Obtain a Class D commercial driving license within 60 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation required to provide services in the community.

Aufgaben

• Provides clinical therapy services and emergency services to consumers and their families.
• Documents each session using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Develops treatment plans for each consumer and is able to make referrals to other programs as needed.
• Participates in team staffings and functions as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Uses information obtained in clinical observations to suggest diagnosis and estimates severity of condition
