Qualifications

• Must hold a state clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMHC or PsyD/PhD) or be license-eligible.
• Minimum 3 years of multi-diagnostic clinical care in residential settings.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to work remotely with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy (DBT, Recovery, Trauma Empowerment) and group therapy (DBT Skills, Recovery Awareness, SMART Recovery, Harm Reduction) per program service description.
• Perform pre-admission assessments and participate in program treatment team meetings.
• Maintain tailored, person-centered Treatment and Transition Plans with measurable outcomes.
• Complete timely clinical documentation aligned with quality indicators.
• Facilitate team meetings and participate in regular supervision and case conferences.
