Job summary

PATH (People Acting to Help) Inc. seeks a qualified clinician to promote recovery within the Adult BH Residential Program/RTF-A in Philadelphia. You will provide individual, group and family therapy, coordinate treatment plans, and supervise residential staff to ensure safety and quality care.

You will collaborate with families, complete biopsychosocial evaluations, ensure timely documentation, and participate in team meetings while applying trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Clinical Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, other Behavioral Health or Human Services
• Minimum 2 years experience in behavioral health treatment and/or rehabilitation
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy at least weekly for residents
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate resources with the treatment team
• Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
• Complete clinical paperwork for assessment, treatment planning and interventions
• Ensure residents have access to psychiatric, medical, social and residential services and meaningful activities
