Job summary

The Recovery Village in Florida is seeking licensed or pre-licensed clinicians (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT or registered intern) to join our residential treatment team on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy and collaborate with medical and psychiatric staff.

We offer a $4,000–$6,500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. Heather AI helps streamline documentation so you can focus more on patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern).
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• CPR and BFA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care
