Job summary

SOL Mental Health is hiring in Rockville, MD to join a clinician-centered team. You will provide evidence-based mental health care to adults, young adults, and children in a supportive, collaborative setting.

The role offers a guaranteed base salary with incentives, 401(k) matching, a generous CEU budget, and comprehensive benefits, including PTO, EAP, disability, and life insurance. Start date anticipated in 2027.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
