Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Arlington, VA is seeking licensed clinicians to join a collaborative team committed to high-quality, evidence-based care. You will work with adults, young adults, and children from our Ballston location, providing supportive crisis interventions and precise documentation.

• Active, independent license in VA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.

What You Bring
