Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a licensed PMHNP in MD to join our Frederick team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based medication management for children, adolescents, and adults within a collaborative, clinician-centered practice.

Anticipated start date 2027. We offer a competitive compensation package up to $228,400, a guaranteed base with incentives, robust CEU support, full benefits, and an integrated care model designed to support professional growth in a thriving Frederick location.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in MD and current DEA registration.
• Minimum 2+ years delivering medication management to children, adolescents, or adults.
• Experience in direct clinical care and strong clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Care for adults, young adults, and children as appropriate.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in MD
• Active DEA license in MD
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
