Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Frederick, MD is seeking therapists to join our team as we support licensure with built-in clinical supervision and a guaranteed start. Anticipated Start Date: 2027.

You’ll deliver outpatient therapy and grow under a structured, supportive system in a welcoming Frederick location. You’ll work with diverse populations using evidence-based approaches, participate in supervision, and benefit from a collaborative environment designed for professional development and patient

Qualifications

• Pre-Independently licensed in MD (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts)
• Strong communicationskills
