Job summary

Bh Oklahoma seeks a licensed or license-eligible Clinical Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy in a supportive medical setting.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, 30+ billable hours per week, and a flexible schedule. The role is full-time and exempt, with opportunities for clinical supervision and a collaborative team environment across Oklahoma locations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Sociology, or related field is required.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Oklahoma (LPC, LBP, LMFT, LCSW, LADC) or under supervision.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, internet-based systems) required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and substance use disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
