Salary and Benefits

Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 (based on license level, education, & experience). Up to $10k Relocation/Retention Bonus.

Shift: Mon - Fri from 8am - 5pm. Some weekend call coverage (EARN ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION - See below).

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic treatment as an active member of the clinical team, using your expertise and therapeutic modalities to meet patient needs.
• Serve as the point person for patient families and engage with patients to support participation in treatment groups, activities, and physician treatments.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nursing, clinical, and case management staff to ensure coordinated care and therapeutic functioning.
• Contribute to care coordination and improve patient functioning during hospitalization and after discharge.
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress consistently; use assessment and case management skills to optimize patient improvement.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications will include:

• Master's degree and licensure in Wyoming (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Provisional license candidates (PPC, PCSW, PMFT) are encouraged to apply; clinical supervision provided at no cost.
• Preferably two (2) years of experience in therapeutic or clinical treatment, psychiatric acute care, residential care, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of developmental tasks across age groups and ability to apply this in assessment and care planning.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background check and drug screening.
