Now Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Outpatient Clinic | Wyoming

Location: Casper, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Are you a compassionate, driven Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) seeking meaningful work in a breathtakingly beautiful and community-focused setting? Join our dynamic outpatient behavioral health clinic nestled in the heart of Wyoming, where the sky stretches wide, the air is crisp, and your work has a direct impact on families and individuals navigating life’s most meaningful challenges.

As a therapist on our team, you’ll work with a diverse client base, including couples, families, children, and individuals facing a range of concerns—from trauma, grief, and anxiety to relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, and life transitions. We believe in holistic care and collaborate closely with local schools, healthcare providers, and social services to create wraparound support for our clients.

Your Impact as an LMFT:
  • Provide direct therapeutic services to clients in an outpatient setting, using individual, family, and couples modalities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, psychiatrists, and community resources.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Option to provide telehealth services when appropriate, offering flexibility and increased access for clients in rural communities.
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Current and active LMFT licensure in Wyoming (or eligibility for Wyoming licensure).
  • A passion for working with diverse populations and a sensitivity to the unique dynamics of rural mental health.
  • Strong grounding in systemic theory and evidence-based practices (e.g., EFT, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Experience working in outpatient or community-based settings preferred, but not required.
