Zusammenfassung

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide essential clinical and administrative support under supervision, ensuring compassionate patient care and efficient clinic operations. You will assist with triage, vitals, phlebotomy, minor procedures, and telehealth interactions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant clinic experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR, and required certifications, with a commitment to HIPAA and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent; CPR license required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT or Paramedic in a clinic setting, preferably urgent care.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program; license must be active and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency.
• TB and IV Certification required to be obtained within 60 days of employment and maintained during employment if applicable in your state.
• Ability to perform clinical and administrative duties including triage, vitals, blood draws, injections, charting, and telehealth support.

• Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees and confidence with stakeholders.
• Provide clinical and administrative support for the team and adhere to company policies.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and health information management requirements.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms and triage patients; observe and report changes.
• Assist with lab testing, phlebotomy, minor procedures and virtual medicine providers.
• Arrange referrals and pre-authorizations; maintain patient charts and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office and support clinic environment.
