Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred; active license.
• TB and IV Certification required to be obtained within 60 days.
• Current CPR license or active certification required.
• Experience: 1 year as MA/EMT/Paramedic preferred in clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill responsibilities of Patient Care Specialist per job description.
• Deliver clinical and administrative support while following company policies.
• Adhere to core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, friendliness.
• Conduct DOT, BAT and drug screen exams as required.
• Prepare exam rooms and triage patients; assist with lab testing and phlebotomy.
• Support telehealth: virtual patient charts and follow ups.
• Ensure patient charts are completed and referrals processed.
