Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide clinical and administrative support under supervision. You will assist with patient intake, vitals, charting, phlebotomy, and coordination of referrals, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a compassionate environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to company policies. Experience in urgent care settings and CPR certification are valued; education in Medical Assistant programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Its Equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT or Paramedic preferred in a clinic setting.
• Current CPR license is required to be active within 7 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant school strongly preferred.
• TB and IV Certification required to be obtained within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for the team and adhere to company policies.
• Triage patients by checking vitals and assisting with procedures.
• Assist with lab testing, phlebotomy and preparing treatment rooms.
• Prepare patient charts and ensure accurate, timely chart completion.
• Assist with telehealth workflows and referrals as directed.
