Requirements: active IL RN license, 2 years home health RN experience, 1 year supervisory preferred; proficiency with Homecare Homebase and Workday; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel between homes. This position is based out of our Huntley office and requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license and home health experience. We highly prefer candidates with experience using Homecare Homebase and completing OASIS documentation.
