Job summary

The Care Team Hospice is seeking an experienced RN to step into Clinical Team Leader, partnering with the Branch Director to guide daily clinical operations and staffing. You will coach nurses and interdisciplinary team members, review care plans and documentation, and promote continuity and regulatory compliance across the branch.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN or BSN acceptable.
• Minimum of two years RN experience within the last 36 months.
• Hospice or home health experience strongly preferred.
• Previous supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and coaching ability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

As a Clinical Team Leader, you'll work alongside the Clinical Manager and Administrator to support the day-to-day clinical operations of the branch while helping nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and other team members deliver exceptional hospice care.This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys being the person others turn to for guidance.
