Position Summary:
The Clinical Team Leader (CTL) will act as a representative of the leadership team within their assigned facility. The CTL is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic planning of nursing and ancillary services within the medical department, including but not limited to personnel management, maintaining budgets, coordinating off-site services, and navigating operations regarding pharmacy, medical services, and mental health services.
