Job summary

Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to mentor a team of clinicians and supervise both W2 employees and independent contractors. The role includes managing referrals, supporting clinician development, and maintaining high-quality care across the practice.

On-site position in Washington with a focus on supervising a caseload while coordinating group supervision and peer trainings. Strong leadership and licensing compliance are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Washington State-approved Clinical Supervisor credential.
• Active Washington license in good standing (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to W2 clinicians and independent contractors.
• Participate in hiring and management of clinicians.
• Manage incoming referrals and coordinate therapist-client matches.
• Offer guidance on case consultation, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making.
• Maintain a caseload of 5–10 clients (supervisory caseload).
• Lead 2–4 hours of monthly group supervision or co-lead peer-led case consultations.
• Encourage clinicians to develop and lead peer trainings and collaborative events.
• Ensure clinical practices meet legal and licensing requirements.
• Support a collaborative, professional clinical environment.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
